A little about me
A systems thinker.
A maker at heart.
My career has led me to wherever there was space to build and create.
The path here
First, that meant web and visual design — interactive educational programs and simulations, and even motion work for events and presentations. Then the industry matured toward user experience: at Pearson I designed online test delivery, ran research studies, worked alongside accessibility experts, and focused my work around usability.
At Visa that turned into systems and platforms. I took a young design system and built it into a public, adopted product at design.visa.com — the visual language, how the team worked, and the case that got it launched. I built and led a dedicated design team for the Developer Center, shifting the site off Visa’s internal org structure and onto an architecture organized around what developers were trying to do. Alongside both, I’ve led designers, content designers, researchers and design engineers across platform work for the design system, client onboarding, billing, and internal tooling.
As AI tools are thrown into the picture, I’m excited to be part of building the new spaces and systems that help us create great products — especially where they can shorten onboarding, surface the right doc, and take weight off manual support.
I enjoy helping teams form perspectives, find direction, and have the courage to be honest. I learned strong organizational foundations are what makes great product work possible. And that positive momentum and curiosity are what drives success on any team.
