Online Testing for Young Users
A new user group was created when evaluations for kindergartners through 2nd graders were planned for delivery through TestNav. We gathered requirements, created a test plan and prototype, and conducted a formal usability study to answer questions about layout, button size, and workflow for young students.
Improved Accessibility
TestNav developers needed a clearer path toward providing appropriate tools for users with sight, motor, and learning impairments. Color contrast settings, a line reader tool, and consistent keyboard focus indication are a few features developed with this goal in mind.
